Job Description

To make outbound sales calls to new leads assigned by Tele-Marketing and existing customers
New leads to be converted thereby generating new business each month
Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound business
Maintain and update identified customer’s opportunities on support systems
Use the necessary sales tools on calls to understand the customer’s business
To answer all customer enquiries regarding company services accurately
Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action
Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service
Deal with all employees located in other departments and stations in a professional and co-operative manner at all times, and consistently strive to promote a positive team spirit
