Job Description
- To make outbound sales calls to new leads assigned by Tele-Marketing and existing customers
- New leads to be converted thereby generating new business each month
- Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound business
- Maintain and update identified customer’s opportunities on support systems
- Use the necessary sales tools on calls to understand the customer’s business
- To answer all customer enquiries regarding company services accurately
- Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action
- Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service
- Deal with all employees located in other departments and stations in a professional and co-operative manner at all times, and consistently strive to promote a positive team spirit
