- Excellent communication skill
- Working with denial Management
- Pre-Call Analysis
- Document and report status through payer calls or other resource like IVR or Web portals
- Appropriate documentation of the claims in company network and client software
- Post call analysis/After call actions on the claim
- Complete utilization of all process automation tools in delivery
- Achieve productivity targets as set by the Quality manager
- Adhere to SLA's defined for the process
- Achieve quality standards as set by the manager
- Acknowledge/Rebut process errors on feedback within 24 HRS
- Update client account specific knowledge through Knowledge Management Portal
- Contribute Ideas or Process improvements that helps adding value to the process and customer.
- Job Location: Chennai(Ambattur)
- Shift Timing : 6.30 PM To 3.00 AM
- Transport : To & Fro cab will be provided
