Job description:
Respond to customer queries and customers concernProvide support for customers.

Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.

You should be responsible to exhibit a capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment

Job specifications:

Excellent verbal communication in English.

Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills

Willing to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)Experience and fresher can apply with Good communication
