Back2study mainly focuses on British and European students to help them get admissions and finance from the UK government for higher education courses. and is now gearing its operations in India to help Indian students to fulfill their careers abroad. We are aiming to open 5 offices in next 2 years hence looking for young and passionate individuals who have leadership qualities and vision to join our enthusiastic team. Currently we are looking to hire Individuals with amazing Communication and Administrative skills with ability to convince people and process their applications with our Partner Universities

Job Role: Training

 Understand multiple complex University Entry Requirements and Application Procedure  Able to Train other team members and monitor the process performance  Take training from the university and prepare training material about the university and its courses Application Process  Work on processing application of each student allocated to them and liaise with UK based British and European student to convince them to attend university interview  Check and upgrade students CV and personal statement  Prepare the students for the interviews with university  Present and give webinars to students  Resolve students queries and give them solutions  Update the CRM and Spreadsheets without making mistakes  Prepare reports daily and weekly through MIS

Skills
 Very good and Fluent English without grammatical mistakes.  Ability to understand English Accent  Very well organised  Attention to detail and meticulous in work  Quick learner and ability to work on own initiative  Target oriented and Hungry for Sales  Experience in administrative work

Requirement:  Need to have very good English and general communications skills  Need to be a peoples person  Available switch between 2 pm to 11 pm or 11am to 8pm shift whenever required Need to have a steady internet, laptop and headphones  A good environment to work from home  5+ years of experience working in a KPO/BPO  Responsible , mature and able to work under pressure
