>Customer Service with related to JP Morgan Banking, Financial & Credit Cards. Captive process - Provide Customer Service to merchants using Billpay facility - Transactions through Credit / Debit / Cash Cards etc.

>Calling up prospective customers & offering them various services (Cable, Internet, etc.)
>Promoting offers, packages, bundled services, etc.
>Agents will handle queries related to Payments / Refunds / Generate Pin / eWallet etc.

>Solve queries related to Railway ticket booking>Retaining customers by convincing, offering better packages, explaining offers, etc. >Sell financial products or services, accounts, credit cards, etc.
