We are hiring for International Voice Process.
As a Technical Support Executive, you will respond to communicate with the customer of healthcare and telecommunication providers in the United States to collect on overdue and unpaid bills. As a collection specialist, you will be responsible for calling consumers on phone and negotiating for the overdue payment on behalf of the client.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Resolve customer issues and make him commit to a day for payment.
- Understand customer requirements and then collect on the amount due.
- Use your convincing skills to make the payment on time.
