Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, loans (personal, home, auto), and investment services.
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and field visits. · Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention. · Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly. · Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
· Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
