Job Description
- Provide support to end users in Singapore/Indian market on enquires to HRMS software via phone call / email / ticket / remote assistance.
- Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issue
- Perform data migration works
- Conduct product (Software) training to end users
- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Involve in ad-hoc project.
- Should be ready to travel for client/customer location if required.
- Provide consultancy service on HRMS software.
Language: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory; knowledge of other international languages is an advantage.
Communication: Strong spoken communication skills with a clear, neutral accent and active listening ability.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and call center software.
Typing: Decent typing speed (30–40 WPM) with accuracy.
Customer Service Mindset: A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interaction.
Availability: Willingness to work in night shifts, rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
