Job Description
Should have good communication skills - English
* Working Days : 5 days work from office
* Cab Facility : Pick up and Drop facilities
* Comfortable Working from office
* Graduation is not a must
* Should be willing to work in night shift

The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English, a neutral or adaptable accent, and the ability to communicate effectively with global clients. The role demands patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction (Inbound or Outbound Calls):

Handle international customer calls efficiently and professionally.

Respond to inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.

Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone throughout the interaction.

Follow call scripts or structured guidelines (as per process requirements), while also adapting to the customer’s needs.

Record customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system accurately.
2. Process Adherence and Quality Control:

Follow process flowcharts, escalation matrices, and company protocols without deviation.

Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance policies, and data protection guidelines.

Meet call quality parameters and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Participate in regular coaching, quality audits, and feedback sessions to improve performance.
3. Problem Resolution and Technical Support:

Analyze customer problems and offer appropriate solutions or troubleshooting steps.

Guide customers through simple procedures such as software configuration, password resets, account setup, or product usage.

Escalate unresolved issues to the technical support or back-end teams as per company protocol.
4. Sales and Upselling:

Pitch products or services to international customers over the phone.

Generate leads and convert them into sales using persuasive communication and objection handling.

Upsell or cross-sell related services wherever possible to meet sales goals.

Maintain a sales pipeline and follow up with potential leads.
5. Reporting and Feedback:

Maintain daily logs of calls handled, issues resolved, and customer feedback.

Report patterns or recurring issues to supervisors to help improve service delivery.

Suggest improvements to scripts, process flow, or call handling techniques based on experience.
