Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.

  • Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Follow call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

  • Maintain proper call records and update customer details in CRM systems.

  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets (quality, productivity, and CSAT).

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.

  • Adhere to company policies, attendance, and shift schedules.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English communication skills

  • Neutral or international accent preferred

  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Ability to work in night/rotational shifts
