Immediate Opening – International Voice Process (Coimbatore)

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction

Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls to international customers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.

Follow standard scripts or guidelines while ensuring a natural conversation flow.

Listen actively to understand customer concerns before offering solutions.
2. Problem Resolution
-
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or processes.
-
Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues over the phone.
-
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department or senior staff.

Document all customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
3. Sales and Upselling
-
Promote products or services to potential customers during outbound calls.
-
Cross-sell or upsell relevant offerings based on customer needs.
-
Achieve sales or revenue targets set by the organization.
4. Compliance and Quality Standards
-
Follow company policies, international calling etiquette, and compliance guidelines.
-
Adhere to data protection and confidentiality rules, especially when handling sensitive information.
-
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and first call resolution (FCR).
5. Coordination and Reporting
-
Maintain accurate call logs and update records.

Share customer feedback with the team for service improvement.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
