Job Description
Job Title: International Voice Process
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Minimum 6 months (International Voice Process preferred)
Languages Required: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹28,000 (Take Home) Incentives: Up to ₹6,000 based on performance
Work Timings: US Rotational Shifts (Night Shift)Weekly Off: 2 rotational week offs
Benefits:
Free cab facility (pick-up & drop)
Free food provided at the workplace
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record details of customer interactions and follow-up as required.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
