Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Service

Handle inbound and outbound international calls for customer inquiries, complaints, and assistance.

Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues efficiently.

Maintain a high standard of customer service etiquette, ensuring client satisfaction.

Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
2. Sales & Lead Generation
-
Promote products or services to international clients through outbound calls.

Identify potential customers and convert inquiries into sales, subscriptions, or appointments.

Follow-up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.

Maintain records of sales conversations, outcomes, and follow-ups.
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, complaints, and service requests.

Update CRM systems or call tracking tools regularly.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call volume, resolutions, and KPIs.
-
Provide feedback to management regarding common issues, customer behavior, and process improvements.
4. Process Adherence & Quality Assurance

Follow company SOPs, scripts, and guidelines for handling international calls.

Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with international regulations.
-
Participate in quality audits, feedback sessions, and training programs to improve performance.

Maintain service standards and call metrics, including average handling time and first-call resolution.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with team leaders, quality analysts, and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Share insights and best practices with peers to improve team performance.

Coordinate with back-end teams for order processing, refunds, and service updates.
6. Adaptability & Learning

Adapt to different accents, dialects, and international communication styles.

Stay updated with product knowledge, policy changes, and client requirements.

Attend training sessions for communication skills, technical knowledge, and process improvements.
