Job Description
*UG -Graduate Fresher - Experienced
* US Shift 5 Days working - 2 Rotational off
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call Handling
-
Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients professionally.

Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and answer queries efficiently.
-
Maintain high standards of courtesy, clarity, and professionalism on all calls.
2. Customer Support & Query Resolution
-
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
-
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors as needed.
-
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
3. Sales & Service
-
Promote company products or services during calls.
-
Convince potential clients to opt for products or services based on their needs.
-
Document lead information and maintain a CRM database.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Record call details, resolutions, and client feedback accurately in CRM or internal tools.
-
Generate periodic reports on call volume, customer satisfaction, and issues resolved.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence
-
Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and international communication standards.
-
Maintain confidentiality of client data and sensitive information.
-
Follow scripts and escalation protocols as required.
