Job Description
Selected applicant(s) will be expected/trained to do performance based direct response advertising, which includes:
- Creating and managing Paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, which include, but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, etc.
- Learn to optimize campaigns in real time and how to make proactive decisions to improve outcome.
- Exploring and developing new media buying techniques.
- Turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
- Understanding the clients’ requirements & achieving the given target within a stipulated time frame.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creating, monitoring and optimizing advertising campaigns on various ad platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google AdWords etc.)
- Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation.
- Monitor and research new developments in digital marketing.
- Make strategic recommendations relating to audience acquisition and engagement through online media.
- Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
- Advising the creative team and clients about the most effective media combination.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Basic understanding of performance-based marketing and advertising.
- Good command on social media trends & new features.
- Relentless passion to learn new things.
- Ability to adapt to the ever-changing market trends.
