Interns-Customer Service Executive
Selected Intern will:-
-handle customers at the workshop.
-understand the issues in the vehicle and record the same in the job order.
-communicate the customer issues to the workshop staff and ensure resolution.
- keep customers updated on the status of the vehicle.
- make all necessary entries in the job order software.
- service reminders to customers.
- help in business development and incentives will be given for every new billed customer brought in by the intern.
