Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for assigned requirements

Sourcing candidates using all recruiting tools for given requirements

Posting Job Ads in portals as required

Screening & Short listing resumes / candidates and submit the same

Proficiency in using professional and social networking tools to source candidates.

Probing the consultants technically at basic level and short listing based on suitability

Negotiating rates with consultants / vendors

Following the Processes & SOP’s outlined by the company

Resume formatting & submission.

Co-ordination for interview set up & follow up with candidates

Skills Set /Competencies/Experience required: We are looking for Intern (Operations) across multiple locations- Pan India.

Job Description:

Gather information on transporter and commercial vehicles (goods carrier).

Explore ways to increase vehicle registration .

Meet with transporters/vehicle owners. Take vehicle details for information.

Complete the target number of vehicle information each.
