Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Intern to join our dynamic team onsite. As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will assist in driving customer acquisition, supporting promotional activities, and directly engaging with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Business Development:

Assist in identifying prospective clients through field visits, cold calls, in-store activity, or event participation.

Support the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining lead pipelines.

Participate in face-to-face meetings with clients, helping to understand their requirements and propose company solutions.

Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with the team to improve the sales approach.

Prepare and present product/service pitches under supervision.
Marketing Activities:

Support execution of local marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies (e.g., sampling, BTL activities, workshops, exhibitions, etc.).

Distribute flyers, posters, or other promotional materials in target markets or partner locations.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.

Help create marketing content such as social media posts, presentations, or customer success stories.

Take part in marketing brainstorming sessions and campaign idea development.
Customer Interaction and Feedback:

Engage with walk-in customers, prospects, or event visitors to explain products or services.

Handle basic inquiries and guide potential clients to the appropriate point of contact.

Maintain a record of customer responses and follow-up calls or visits.

Work with the team to resolve customer queries and improve overall satisfaction.
Data Entry and Reporting:

Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems or Excel sheets with lead, sales, and interaction data.

Prepare daily and weekly activity reports including lead status, campaign feedback, and customer insights.

Track marketing campaign results under the guidance of the marketing team.
