Job Description
We are inviting enthusiastic and motivated Travel & Tourism graduates to join our organization for a 1-year Internship Program across Product, Operations, and Marketing Departments. This program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on industry exposure, practical knowledge, and real-time learning opportunities to build a strong foundation for a successful career in the travel and tourism sector.
This internship will allow candidates to experience different verticals of the organization, understand customer requirements, support product development, manage operations, and contribute to marketing initiatives. Interns will gain comprehensive knowledge of how the travel and tourism industry functions and develop skills to take on full-time roles after successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities
Product Department

Assist in creating, designing, and packaging travel itineraries.

Support product managers in updating pricing, packages, and seasonal offers.

Analyze competitor products and suggest improvements.
Operations Department

Support in handling customer bookings and travel documentation.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.

Assist in preparing travel vouchers, itineraries, and confirmations.

Help resolve customer queries and ensure smooth travel experiences.

Gain exposure in ticketing, reservations, and operations management.
Marketing Department

Contribute to digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Assist in creating promotional content for social media, brochures, and websites.

Conduct market research to understand travel trends and customer behavior.

Support the team in lead generation and customer engagement activities.

Participate in events, fairs, and promotions to represent the brand.
