Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
-
Conduct market research to identify potential leads, new market trends, and competitor analysis.

Gather data on customer needs, preferences, and behavior to help shape future marketing strategies.

Analyze social media and digital marketing metrics to understand customer engagement and content performance.
2. Sales Support & Lead Generation
-
Assist the sales team in generating leads through email campaigns, cold calling, or social media outreach.

Help with follow-ups and lead qualification to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.

Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and product/service brochures for client meetings.
3. Digital Marketing Support
-
Support in managing and optimizing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Assist with content creation for blogs, emails, social media posts, and newsletters.
-
Help in running online campaigns (Facebook ads, Google Ads) and track their performance.
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
-
Assist in drafting and sending out communication to existing and potential customers.

Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms and emails.
-
Assist with customer retention strategies, including creating loyalty programs or handling feedback surveys.
5. Administrative Support
-
Help in organizing marketing events, webinars, or promotional campaigns.

Maintain databases for leads, contacts, and sales pipelines.

Prepare weekly or monthly reports on marketing and sales activities for the team.
6. Learning & Development
-
Participate in training sessions related to sales strategies, digital marketing, and industry best practices.

Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights.

Learn how to use CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and other sales/marketing software.
