Job Description

Job Title: Internship Recruiter (45 days unpaid)

Age:21-35

Duration: 45 days

Type: Unpaid

The company will provide you Internship certificate upon completion of the internship and for this 90 % attendance is a must in the office,

Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and facilitate the recruitment process.
Support in the selection process, including conducting interviews and assisting in the assessment of candidates.
Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and. campus hiring activities.
Help in maintaining and updating the HR database and employee records.
Support in HR administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other learning and development activities.

Requirements

Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and recruitment.
communication and interpersonal skills.
Open to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Drive applications.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
