Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learn inventory management software
2. Configure the software for the 'Ready Stock' and 'Fabric Stock' categories
3. Input initial stock levels for items
4. Implement barcoding or labeling for easy tracking
5. Schedule regular stock updates
6. Define reorder points and alerts
7. Manage supplier information and integration
8. Generate inventory reports for monitoring
9. Use forecasting to plan for future needs
10. Train employees on system use
11. Ensure security and permissions
12. Continuously improve the system
13. Be prepared to scale as your business grows
