Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and safeguard high-value devices like iPhones and accessories

  • Ensure zero loss and accurate serial-number tracking

  • Record every inventory movement in manual registers and Google Sheets

  • Receive devices from IT and verify quantity, serial number, and condition

  • Issue and collect devices from Field Ops with proper entries only

  • No device movement without documentation

  • Track returns and update records on the same day

  • Perform daily physical stock vs record reconciliation

  • Follow up on missing or delayed returns

  • Maintain clean, audit-ready inventory records

  • Control access to inventory storage

  • Work on-site in rotational shifts

  • Requires attention to detail, discipline, ownership, and integrity
