Job Description
The incumbent’s primary responsibility will be to:1) Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders in the preparation and execution of transactions/deals for a Crypto ecosystem accelerator
2) Contribution in production of presentation materials & transaction documents
3) Due diligence and conduct market and industry research.
4) Assessment of business models and thorough competitor analysis
5) Preparation of financial models, investment pitches, and exit strategies
6) Understand the transaction cycle and process steps
7) Procurement and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
8) Conduct primary & secondary research on various industries and assess the competitive landscape for potential opportunities

9) Contribute to the management of the post-investment of the holding company
