Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing financial models and business valuations for startups
2. Researching and assessing potential investment opportunities, both qualitatively and quantitatively
3. Working directly with startup founders assisting them in fundraising, managing investors and stakeholders across the deal value chain i.e. sourcing, deal due diligence, legal and closure
4. Finding potential investors to fund a startup
Additional details:
1. Prior startup experience is preferred- 2+ year experience in any recognized consulting firm or investment banking firm or any investment fund (can remove this for interns)
2. CA/CS/MBA
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th May'22 and 10th Jun'22
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
