Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling, valuation (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions), and scenario analysis.

Prepare pitchbooks, investment memos, presentations, and client proposals.

Perform industry and market research to identify investment opportunities.

Assist in due diligence, transaction documentation, and deal execution.

Analyze financial statements and evaluate company performance.

Support senior bankers in M&A, capital raising, equity/debt financing, and strategic advisory projects.

Track market trends, economic data, and investor activities.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.).

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Understanding of financial statements, investment strategies, and capital markets.
