About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct strategic research and due diligence investigations
2. Issue debt and sell equity to raise capital
3. Manage IPOs and private equity placements
4. Discover and close potential investors
5. Assist with corporate restructuring
6. Analyze risk and offer financial advice
7. Prepare reports, models, and forecasts
8. Facilitate mergers and acquisitions
