Job Description

We are into the business of investment banking. We require candidates having good communication skills who can generate leads for Investment banking business. This job is purely part time and can be done through work from home. Salary may be variable based on the performance of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

Origination and execution of end to end Private Equity, M&A Deals and structured finance transactions.

Maintaining existing relationships and making new relationships with corporates looking to raise funds

Oversee and drive end-to-end M&A and private equity transactions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.

Lead and manage fundraising initiatives, from preparation and strategy development to execution and closure.

Assist in executing transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and document preparation.

Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or technology.

Contribute to the overall growth of our Financial Services, innovating strategies to enhance our portfolio and expand our market presence.

Mentor and manage a team of analysts and associates, providing guidance on transaction processes, due diligence, and deal structuring.
