Designation: Invoicing and Purchase Executive

The candidate must have had previous experience in:
1. Raising invoices
2. Managing quotes and sending them to customers
3. Maintaining a proper record of invoices and relevant project/customer-related documents
4. Familiar with Word/Excel/Outlook.

Knowledge of accounting databases and recordkeeping.

Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express.

Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries.

Ability to review invoices and verify tax information.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
