Invoicing officer Jobs in Navi Mumbai - Aramex India Pvt. Ltd.

We are currently looking for fresher Graduates or experience for Invoicing Officer position at our Mahape Navi Mumbai office.

Please find JD and Interview Venue and timing. Candidate should join from 1st Jan 2018 onwards

Job Purpose: 

• Contract updating in the system
  
• Validate the contract- commercials
  
• Checking and editing of a transaction wherever required
  
• Issue/raising invoices to customer 
  
• Reporting daily/weekly/monthly as the case may be
  
• Effective follow-up with overseas entities through phone /mail and other communication channels- to clarify /close all the open issues/ approvals and record the same
  
• Posting /recording the transaction in the financial system
  
• Working in excel/SAP as directed
  

Duties and responsibilities:

• Always talk respectfully with stations.
  
• Secrete - Don’t share data/details to anyone (that is rate/cost part one station to another).
  
• Close the stations requests regularly.
  
• Proof don’t accept any request by call or on communicator. Always take request thru mail or service desk.
  
• On time reporting to stations and reporting manager.
  
• Smart and short ways use for work.
  
• Share Ideas if they have to less the work.
  
• Implement quality initiative.
  

Qualification and Skill:

• Should be able to communicate well in English both oral and written.
  
• B.com or equivalent graduate. Fresh graduates can 
  
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (day shift and night shift).
  
• Working hours 9 hour shift. There will be 3 rotational shifts tentative timings mentioned herewith (1st shift - 7am to 4pm, 2nd shift - 1.30pm to 10.30pm & 3rd shift - 10pm to 7am.)
  
• Females will operate only in 1st and 2nd shift. Salary offered range is (2.5 Lacs to 3 Lacs CTC) i.e. 18K to 20 K net take home monthly.
