Job Description

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up of the following Positions in the Institute for Social and Economic Change, Nagarabhavi, Bengaluru.

3. Discipline: Decentralisation and Development Economics

4. Qualification:

i. Ph.D. in the subject concerned

ii. Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% of the marks in the subject concerned or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master's degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or equal degree from an accredited foreign University Standard publications in the subject.

iii. A minimum score of 80 according to score card approved by ISEC during the preceding three best calendar years (January 1 to December 31) (to be filled in the attached Excel Sheet and submitted as soft copy).

5. Desirable:

High quality publications in the area of decentralization and development. Experience of conducting evidence based policy research of high standard in decentralization and development. Expertise in and use of statistical packages. Good knowledge of English and local vernacular Development Economics with specialization in monetary Economics

6. Eligibility: 50% marks in the aggregate in the Masters degree for SC/ST positions only.

7. Pay Scale: Rs.15600 - 39100 AGP 6000
