Eligibility: 
  • B.E/B. Tech/Any PG, engineering graduates from 2018 & 2019 batch with 55% and above throughout in their academics.
Job Overview:

Complex cases – This Operational area provides support to clients around the claim adjudication process as it relates to claim follow up, denials, corrections, appeals and remittance tracking. By reviewing and resolving issues reported by our clients and internal stakeholders, Issue Resolution works to impact process gaps across Operations to optimize processes and prevent future issues. Candidates should thrive on problem solving complex issues and improving the client experience through high quality issue reduction and prevention. Candidates should also possess attention to detail and accountability for their responsibilities which will include trending of data and proposing process solutions. 

Qualifications: An ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to provide consistent, effective customer service support. All candidates must possess a strong desire to learn, as well as embrace athenahealth's unique problem-solving and creative-solutions based approach to our work while adhering to our Corporate Compliance Code. Applicants should be excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic environment of continual change/improvement, driven by our rapid rate of growth. As such, qualified candidates must possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and be detail oriented, in order to provide on-going support in the client service department.

  • Background in report creation and spreadsheet analysis
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using multiple mediums to resolve daily tasks

  • Ability to maintain poise and a sense of humor in stressful situations
  • Understanding of the process of medical billing and medical terminology, a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Job Location: Chennai, Tamilnadu.

Salary: Upto INR 3,00,000 LPA
