About Internship: Currently, we are looking for passionate and persistence interns who are excited to work hard and deliver meaningful outcomes for the position of IT Support
We intend to create real learning experiences through our internship program. The program would not only build value but also enable the interns to make key career choices in the near future. Our internship program is designed in a way that focuses on skill-building and self-thinking rather than just executing / following the given instructions.
Roles and Responsibilities: Software & Tools; implementation and support
Have an excellent and broad knowledge of Admin Panels of Microsoft 365 complete landscape i.e. Azure Directory, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive for business, Teams, Planner etc. Assign & manage user roles and access in O365 Develop API Manage Software and licences Co-ordinate with the service providers for support and maintenance which includes website & mail hosting
