About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, including software/hardware installation, network management, and troubleshooting technical issues to support day-to-day business needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.

* Monitor and manage company networks to ensure seamless connectivity.

* Perform system troubleshooting and resolve technical issues promptly.

* Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place.

* Provide technical support to staff and address IT-related queries.

* Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and system logs.
