Designation: IT Analyst
Job Responsibilities & Required Qualifications:
- Candidate should be from technical background, preferably in software engineering.
- Possess a deep understanding of the application, technical architecture, and the business lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customer's point of view.
- Take the role of a consultant in evaluating customer's requirement and map it to product feature.
- Industry level satisfaction rate in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries.
- Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally with international customers. Business level English mandatory.
- Self-motivating and interested in having in-depth product knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA
Location: Bangalore
