Learntron is a learning technology start-up shaping the online education and mobile enterprise learning space through differentiated blended delivery platform that can deliver entire courses and train distributed workforce completely online through activity-based blended learning, combining live learning with learn-at-your-own-pace learning.
Currently, online education is in its infancy with MOOCs like Coursera, edX investing in millions to create asynchronous training material, only to find 5-10% actually completing a course. On the other hand, legacy products like Webex which were designed for online meetings are being force-fitted for virtual classrooms, resulting in sub-optimal experiences which are not made for the mobile era, struggling to scale beyond 20 users, especially in Indian conditions
Enter Learntron, an online blended learning platform which can be used to deliver university courses or corporate training programs in a unique activity based format, combining the flexibility of asynchronous learning with the rigor of live training delivered on a very interactive, web-based, friction-less virtual classroom product that can scale to hundreds of concurrent users in low bandwidth conditions.
Learntron's customers include Al Dhafra school - UAE, DPS - Doha, IIT-Roorkee, XLRI, Britannia, Nokia and Delhivery where live training is delivered monthly to over 25,000 learners across 6 countries.
