Job Description
As the IT Transition Architect in the Global deployment team, you will be a business facing individual responsible for the mapping of the technical landscape our OpCoâs across a variety of technologies to our global solutions that will be deployed towards that OpCo. You are also the custodian of global architecture and design principles. Being a technical SME to junior team members and business counterparts to drive a stable and scalable architecture. The role reports directly to the Deployment Lead.Your responsibilities will include: Technical Activities: Translate global architecture and strategies into regional and OpCo deployments. Mapping Integrations to outline how different systems and services will interact and ensuring seamless data flow. Set the direction, from an architecture perspective, and contribute to the transition architecture for all products and dependencies in the OpCo. Ensure global architectural guardrails and guidelines are being followed. Ensure systems can handle growth and ensure optimal performance inside the local OpCo landscape. Any other task assigned by Deployment Lead within the scope of functional responsibilities. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Responsible to document and map the as is and to be architectures for our OpCoâs. Supporting with proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and OpCo teams. Collaboration: with the Senior Solution Engineer to ensure appropriate architecture principles is in place and followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map the as is and to be architectures for our OpCoâs Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape as it relates to architecture
