Job Description
Asset Management – Managing asset lifecycle, Asset procurement, Deploy, Allocation and deallocation, Maintain, Support, Retirement and disposal
Vendor Management – Logging calls with vendor and taking follow up till closure
New System Configuration, Installing and supporting new hardware and software
Maintain daily call reports
Providing first level support on desktops, laptops peripherals and office automation product
Assign tickets to the appropriate support group if necessary
Following-up with end users if necessary
