Required Qualifications:

2+ Experience with Teamcenter
2+ years of experience with focus on writing automated tests
Experience in UFT and/or Selenium
2+ years of experience leading teams

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or related degree, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Manage test automation developers, conduct performance reviews etc. Communicate status to an offshore supervisor and represent the local team.
Define and maintain the testing processes
Assist super users, business testers, and IT business process analysts with creating issue and problem requests, as required.
Assign, monitor, and track the status and resolution of testing issues and problems.
Strong 'hands on' experience developing software tests for functional, performance, and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements
Develop algorithms from scratch to test new features
Turn manual QA tests into automated regression tests
Run and analyze results for automated regression tests
Write and track defects through the defect lifecycle
Work with developers and product teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements
