Required Qualifications:
- 2+ Experience with Teamcenter
- 2+ years of experience with focus on writing automated tests
- Experience in UFT and/or Selenium
- 2+ years of experience leading teams
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or related degree, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage test automation developers, conduct performance reviews etc. Communicate status to an offshore supervisor and represent the local team.
- Define and maintain the testing processes
- Assist super users, business testers, and IT business process analysts with creating issue and problem requests, as required.
- Assign, monitor, and track the status and resolution of testing issues and problems.
- Strong 'hands on' experience developing software tests for functional, performance, and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements
- Develop algorithms from scratch to test new features
- Turn manual QA tests into automated regression tests
- Run and analyze results for automated regression tests
- Write and track defects through the defect lifecycle
- Work with developers and product teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements
