Job Description
Designation: IT Business Analyst
Position Responsibilities:
· Perform interviews and research to determine IT business requirements and translate them into specifications for complex technical projects.
· Focus on the people side of changes introduced by the project – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and skills, and organization structures.
· Create and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance, maximize employee engagement, and empower senior management as change sponsors.
· Work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization, and higher proficiency on changes impacting employees in the organization such that desired business results are achieved.
· Assist in negotiating priorities and resolving requirement conflicts among various stakeholders.
· Distinguish key interactions and connectives among enterprise server-client technical solutions involving hardware, networks, security and applications.
· Develop data flow models to define interdependencies between other technologies / applications.
· Assist in project planning and tracking activities.
· Assist in data discovery and analysis and modeling of requirements, verification of deliverables.
