Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst, you are expected to understand the business requirements of your customer thoroughly.

  • Once you understand the business requirements of your customer you are required to communicate the same, in a structured manner, to the application development team.
  • During the process of application development, you are expected to work with the software engineers to build the product correctly.
  • Once the application has been developed you are expected to test it to ensure that it meets the requirements of the customer.
  • After the application is developed you are expected to train the customer, deploy the application and provide customer service.
  • You will also require to manage changes to the applications built for our customers.
  • Since our customers are in the USA, you will require to work US hours when required.
