Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst, you are expected to understand the business requirements of your customer thoroughly.

Once you understand the business requirements of your customer you are required to communicate the same, in a structured manner, to the application development team.
During the process of application development, you are expected to work with the software engineers to build the product correctly.
Once the application has been developed you are expected to test it to ensure that it meets the requirements of the customer.
After the application is developed you are expected to train the customer, deploy the application and provide customer service.
You will also require to manage changes to the applications built for our customers.
Since our customers are in the USA, you will require to work US hours when required.
