ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand Client / Project Requirements
• Ask intelligent questions to client related to the project
• Create a detailed Proposed Specifications list
• Do the Technical Analysis of the project with Production team
• Create Proposals
• Create Project Plans, Website Maps, SRS, FRS
• Test the complete system before client delivery
• Work closely with Production team for fixes.
• Give project demonstration to clients.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines
