 Knowledge on Scan/Interpret/Verify/Optimize/Transfer/Manager modules

 OCR Process/Invoice verification/Invoice coding in SAP

 Daily monitoring of Readsoft ,checking with server’s if any issue found need to inform to the business along with clearing the queue of invoices that are stucked.

 Any bug fixing , access issues, configuration changes

 System landscapes(DEV,QAS,PRD)system’s

 Investigate and respond to support request via emails/teams.
