Job Description
The IT Deployment Project Manager manages and delivers the deployment of the complete DBB technology for one or more Heineken Opcos in a region. He or she does that within the defined D&T and DBB processes and governance, together with the DBB Deployment team and D&T Product Teams. The IT Deployment Project Manager leads the Opco deployment together (2-in-a-box principle) with the Opco Transition Manager, from IT point of view. Delivery & Business Value. Manage all aspects of delivering the complex DBB IT solution to an Opco Coordinate and manage overall deployment planning together with Platform Project managers/leads, for all (~40) DBB platforms in scope. Confirm technical requirements, solution architecture and scope, in alignment with the Platform Teams, regional architects and Opco IT. Coordinate overall delivery through the deployment phases, including Design & Build of approved localization s, Configuration of S4/CORE and all DBB platforms in scope. Support Data loading, Test activities and issue resolution. Lead and coordinate execution of Technical Cutovers, Dress rehearsal and Business & go-live. Plan and coordinate hypercare and handover to Business as Usual. Monitor and report on planning, progress, dependencies, impediments, risks in accordance with the DBB guidelines. Align with Data migration - and Test teams activities Proactively identify, manage and mitigate risks and impediments Manage dependencies that influence the successful execution of the project, closely collaborate with impacted stakeholders within D&T, DBB Deployment team and OpCo. Frequent alignment with Platform Project Managers to ensure timely phase delivery, identify interdependencies, manage impediment s, Alignment with the Regional IT Lead and colleagues on deployment planning, prioritization, progress, dependencies, risks and impediments that require support or alignment across multiple Opco deployments
