Experience:
IT Executive (Petra Industries - 9 months): Provided end-to-end hardware and software support for daily IT operations. Responsibilities included installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, operating system installation and system formatting, software updates, antivirus management, and data backup. Handled basic LAN/WiFi network support, email and user account configuration, and maintained IT inventory.
Internship (Dudh Dhara Dairy - 3 months): Supported daily IT operations including system maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and data handling. Assisted staff with software and hardware issues and gained hands-on experience with organizational IT infrastructure.
L1 - IT Executive (Current): Responsible for providing first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Handled installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices. Managed user accounts, password resets, and basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
