Job Description
- Helpdesk - To Support users via phone / whatsapp / email / physical visits by accepting requests, analysing them so as to resolve the issue/ticket.
- Hardware - To maintain and support Desktop, Laptop, Server Physical and Cloud, Network LAN, VPN, Swtiches, Routers, Firewall, CCTV DVR, Biometic Systems and Printers all across lifecare IT Assets.
- Software - To maintain and support legacy software applications such as Lab Information Management Systems, Interfacing, Terminal Services Print and Scan Management, Hamachi, Comm Ports Communication, Tally ERP,ESSL or any other s/w application from vendor managed services.
- Operating System - To maintain and support all Software Operating Systems from winxp to win10, Server 2008r2 to 2016 r2, and Linux Os.
- To ensure and maintain backup of all applications, db, firewall.
