Job Description
Job Title: IT Executive
Location: Surat (CBH, Parle Point)
Company: Arham Share Pvt. Ltd. (Stock Broking Firm)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage and maintain IT hardware, networking, and trading terminals.
-
Provide technical support to staff for trading applications, RMS, back-office software, and finance-related tools.
-
Ensure smooth functioning of trading platforms (NSE, BSE, MCX) and related applications.
-
Handle server and data backups, system security, and troubleshooting.
-
Coordinate with vendors/exchanges for software updates and issue resolution.
-
Support finance and broking operations with IT-enabled solutions.
-
Monitor system performance, ensure data security, and minimize downtime.
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Finance or related field.
-
1–3 years of experience as IT Executive, preferably in stock broking/finance domain.
-
Knowledge of hardware, networking, and trading applications (ODIN, NEST, NOW, etc.).
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Familiarity with financial software and market operations is an advantage.
-
