Job Description
Location: Ahmedabad /Bhavnagar
Department: IT
Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers or 0–2 years
We are looking for a young, smart, and tech-savvy IT Executive who can mainly handle Google Sheets and Google Drive work for our company. The role is best suited for fresh graduates or Gen Z candidates who are comfortable with technology, quick learners, and eager to support the team in IT-related work. Other IT knowledge like ERP, hardware, and networks will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize company files, data, and sharing permissions in Google Drive.
Create and update Google Sheets with formulas, validations, and reports.
Support different teams with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Calendar, Gmail).
Provide basic IT support for laptops, internet, printers, CCTV, or intercom (preferred but not mandatory).
Learn and support ERP systems if required (training will be provided).
Graduate / Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Freshers are welcome; experience up to 2 years preferred.
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, data handling).
Comfortable with Google Drive and online tools.
Eager to learn new systems and provide IT support.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
