Installing and configuring hardware and software systems
Maintaining and repairing hardware and software systems
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Providing technical support to users
Managing and monitoring network systems
Ensuring security of network and data systems

Researching new technologies and proposing recommendations for improvement
