Role: Junior System Admin
Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system monitoring activities
- Record the issues received from the users and report rootcause, actions taken, time spent, etc. on the issues.
- Perform troubleshooting of hardwares and softwares in-line with the resolution defined.
- Installation of OS, applications as and when requested by following approval and provisioning mechanism defined.
- Coordinate and communicate with stake holders defined.
- Perform data Backup or monitor the data backup schedules.
- Preparing weekly or monthly or quarterly review presentations as and when needed
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good communication (spoken and written English)
- Good Attitude and exceptional problem-solving capabilities
